I really glad you guys are doing tick figures he deserves some super poseable figs. I hope you do more characters. I'd also like to see some Zen the Intergalactic ninja figures and hopefully a Rockteer figure I know Marvel Toys (toybiz) tried with their independent comic line but had hiccup somewhere with disney i think. Good luck and keep up the great work.

There are ways around things if you are good at what you do and have a passion for the line, the fans and the comics. Zen is already in our lineup.

I am very hyped for Tick figures. They should be killer!

I don't get the Disney problem. Did they want $3 million to license a Rocketeer figure? That is lame as can be. I'd love a decent Rocketeer figure but I don't think it would warrant that kind of number.

As far as I understood, that was the situation. Disney wanted $3million from Toybiz/Marvel Toys in order for Toybiz to make a Rocketeer figure. Now I like Rocketeer, but that's rediculous.

If Shocker Toys can find some way around that 3 million dollar license fee, I'd love to see a Rocketeer figure from them.
It sure feels great to be a "Kool-Aid drinker!" -as I've been called many times.

That's awesome i didn't know about the Zen figure i have never seen that picture. Way too go. But 3 million man. that's wild i mean he wasn't even there idea to begin with not to mention what do they even do with the chactor anymore anyways. Also I think dark horse still has the comic book rights, so you could do a "comic book version" that would show those greedy suits at disney.

Let me check my pockets here for 3 mill...oh man, sorry I don't got it. But hey that might be a good idea to just go the comic route and cut Disney down to size. For "wholesome family entertainment" they sure do practice extorsion a bit much. They did almost this exact same thing to McFarlan over a Pinhead Hellraiser figure. Some other company ended up making that. Just as well, I really don't wanna collect leather S&M demon figures. Besides McFarlan can keep his glorified statues.

Anyway, I have an idea, and it may be a tad unorthadox, hear me out and everyone can decide on their own if they like or dislike the idea. I think if we're (the customers, not Shocker) passionate enough about a figure or figure line and the liscence price is hindering Shocker...well why can't we donate? I mean send checks, money orders, use a credit card or paypal, whatever...I did actually post this to our Admin friend (if it's been replied to I haven't read it yet,) I personally think it's a great idea, buying their figures helps build the company and resources, yes, so true. I live in an area where the internet's sometimes, a lotta times the only way I'll ever see a figure. Buying the figures helps, but if several hundred people are donating a small amount of money each, all together that adds up and can do so pretty quickly. You'll have to get with Shocker on this though, and hey they may say no donations, or they may accept them. Never know if ya never try right?

No donations needed. Just spread the good word and get all the Indie Spotlight fans more involved and spreading the word about the line.

So does Shocker have the license to make other Tick supporting characters, or just Tick and Arthur?

Great question!...Are there any possibilities of Tick spin-off charachters like Man Eating Cow, Paul the Samarai, and The Chainsaw Vigilante?...those would all be hella cool!
